A 2012 E89 Z4 in Atacama Yellow is rare, though, so I decided to call. When I called, I had the amazing good fortune to speak to Jerry Mancini. Jerry is phenomenal! He was knowledgeable, super nice, and very patient with all of my questions. With Jerry, I was easily able to negotiate a great price for the new Z4 and also worked out a price for my trade ('04 Z4). Despite some complexities around doing an out of state deal, it couldn't have gone smoother with Jerry and Fred in my corner. After a 1,000 mile drive to Cleveland, I was thrilled to find that everyone at Ganley was just as nice in person as they were on the phone. Both my husband and I agree that Ganley is the best BMW dealer we have worked with, and that Jerry is BY FAR the best salesman we've worked with. Thanks to Ganley and Jerry, I'm thrilled to be driving the Mississippi coast in my amazing new-to-me Z4! More

This time included financing and a very detailed review of how all the buttons and knobs of the car worked. During financing, every paper was ready and in order, this process could not of been completed any faster. Everyone was pleasant and it was a pleasure to deal with Jerry. I made the deal on this car 700 miles away over the phone, it was evident Ganley BMW was experienced at conducting long distance deals, every detail performed by them was perfect. I couldn't find the car in my area that I sought...a low mileage used 335xi...so I drove from Pittsburgh to Cleveland and met with Jerry Mancini. He couldn't have been nicer, even calling me a couple times to follow-up during my two hour trip to the dealership. While I was there, Jerry was patient and never pushy...and he didn't complain when I asked to test drive multiple cars. His patience, knowledge of BMW's, and easy-going personality made buying the car one of the most enjoyable car buying experiences I've had. Jerry and the pre-owned sales manager Fred Palmer went above and beyond during my purchase. They really wanted me to drive away with the car I wanted and would be happy I bought. And, I am very happy.
