After the professional and courteous manner that we were treated and the thorough and clear explanation of the car, the previous owner, and the buying process, we were sold. We had been looking at late model, low mileage cars for a few weeks and this was the only time we felt confident in our buying decision. Since I ordered the car, the process was supposed to take 8 weeks. Bob updated me every step of the way. The communication was fantastic. The car came in 3 weeks early, and the delivery process was seamless. This is the second car that I have purchased at Ganley BMW, and Bob and Jerry are extremely professional, reliable and friendly. Everything went exactly as I was told. The other shoe never dropped, and I could be more happy with everyone at Ganley. More

My experience with Ganley was nothing less the great!! I got a 2011 X3 and absolutely love it, our family has now purchased 3 cars from Ganley and the experience is the same every single time. We couldn't get to the dealership until 4:30 close their closing time, but that didn't matter. Jerry and Erik stayed after closing to make sure everything was taken care of properly for us. Even after the papers were signed and the sale was made Jerry made sure all the questions about how to operate the iDrive were answered. We didn't leave the dealership until around 6:30 even though they technically closed at 5. The atmosphere was just adds to the overall experience. Fred Palmer wasn't even apart of the deal, but still made a point to come over say hello and thank us for our business. That type of quality of service is why we continue to go back. I would recommend Ganley to everyone they are the best you wont leave disappointed. More
