BUYER BE WARE!!! I only gave 1 star because I couldn't continue without a rating. Liberty Buick in Peroia, AZ has lived up to the stereotype of "used car salesmen". Starting with salesman Charles MacDonal continue without a rating. Liberty Buick in Peroia, AZ has lived up to the stereotype of "used car salesmen". Starting with salesman Charles MacDonald whom I unfortunately trusted. I was charged $8000 over MSRP on a $35000 2022 vehicle sold as a used car with less than 200 miles. I did not ask the right questions. Shame on me I trusted Charles. It may not be illegal but certainly unethical. Then I was not allowed to talk to the General Manager, he was too busy. Instead I was passed to the used car supervisor, Jerry, who was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. I would warn anyone away from Liberty Buick! More

Both Chris and Jerry were very very professional their personalities were not high pressure but trying to help me in every way I have bought quite a few cars in my day and one of the things I really don’t personalities were not high pressure but trying to help me in every way I have bought quite a few cars in my day and one of the things I really don’t like is high pressure they did not do any of that but try to help me and ask me if I needed anything else anything they could do for me I was very impressed with both these gentlemen More

Was interested in a car I saw online, received an email from Chris LeGere right away, I stopped in unannounced and although Chris couldn't help me he got Jerry right on it. He was very helpful and both from Chris LeGere right away, I stopped in unannounced and although Chris couldn't help me he got Jerry right on it. He was very helpful and both gentlemen along with the finance manager were very nice to work with. I enede up having an issue with something with the car the next day and was able to get it into service Monday morning, so far my dealings have all been positive, I didn't give 5 stars as the 2 issues I had with the car should have been addressed before purchase but they did take care of them. More
