Mickey was a nice salesman, and was knowledgeable about Toyotas. Muhammad, floor manager is very personable in listening to any concerns you might have. The finance person I ended up having to use his little to be desired. I specifically told him over and over and over I did not want to buy anything extra other than the car. He pushed gap Insurance after I specifically said I don’t want to buy anything but the car after I got home I noticed there was a $ 1,950 charge on my contract for every 5000 miles or 50,000 miles which ever comes first for oil changes and tire rotation. I purchased a used car that already had 34,000 miles on it. I did not know that he snuck this in on my contract however, I did initial it. There was so many things to initial and sign so when I got home, I reviewed my contract and discovered this. I made two trips back to the dealer which is 55 miles one way. Unfortunately the contract was not rewritten, this amount was canceled, and that will reduce the outstanding balance of my car loan by.1,950.00. However, if the finance man had not added that on there with the rule of thumb that every thousand dollars equals $20, my car payment would’ve been $40 less a month. I understand this is where the finance department makes their money, but I specifically told him I did not want anything extra. In fact Mickey my salesman, I did not want anything before I even went there. I don’t understand why the contract could not be rewritten, but I guess it would been too much trouble. After my second trip down there, I met with Danielle the finance manager and he apologized for what happened and said he would be speaking to the finance person I had. He said to rewrite the contract would be difficult so I signed a paper canceling the maintenance tire and oil change. Since I had made two trips, he had my gas tank filled. More

I have always gotten my car serviced here, but this recent visit made me want to go back to the same advisor for all my future trips here. Bernie Calderon provided exceptional service.
