Here’s a polished version of your review: I give the customer service 4 out of 5 stars. My issue with this dealership is the wait time. I was quite happy with the service Yesenia provided however the service advisor is the reason for the rating. They took apart my airbox to check the filter and they didn’t put it back together corr however the service advisor is the reason for the rating. Ven Songco and Ricky were the two people who noticed us and helped us from the moment we arrived. I especially want to recognize Ven Songco, who asked Ricky to assist my son and me. Unlike two other emp and helped us from the moment we arrived. I especially want to recognize Ven Songco, who asked Ricky to assist my son and me. Unlike two other employees we spoke with earlier, who only talked to us for about five minutes and then left us on our own, Ricky stayed engaged the entire time. He listened carefully and was always looking for ways to help us. I told him that we would return in about an hour, and when we came back, he was still there waiting for us. He kindly asked if we were ready and continued helping us throughout the process. Thanks to the excellent customer service provided by Ven Songco and Ricky, we ended up making our purchase.
