was left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I had spent considerable time on the phone with several sales consultants and the finance department, a

I had spent considerable time on the phone with several sales consultants and the finance department, and had agreed on all the details for the 2023 Honda Pilot. I made a $1000 deposit to secure the vehicle and had my credit run, and was assured that the car wouldn't be sold out from under me. At one point, the sales consultant even said "Our word is bond!". However, a few days later, when I informed the dealer I was still waiting on insurance money to clear, I received a call that they had already sold the car. The sales consultant placed all the blame on the general manager. I cannot recommend doing business with this dealer.
