First, I want to say that I’m happy with my purchase and I don’t think my personal experience completely reflects on the dealership as a whole. However, I feel that some changes should be made with certain I don’t think my personal experience completely reflects on the dealership as a whole. However, I feel that some changes should be made with certain individuals. I went to the dealership with my grandmother who recommended the dealership to me. The evening that we went, we were helped by a sales rep that was thorough and made me feel comfortable. Because of certain circumstances my grandmother was co-signing for me. Unfortunately there was a freeze on her credit so we had to come back the next day. All parties agreed to meet the next day at a given time. We arrived the next day and my sales rep went home sick. We settled for another because it was urgent that I take home a car. The second sales rep was not thorough, fast talking and everyone that dealt with us really was only concerned with my grandmother. I felt ignored and belittled the majority of the time as if I wasn’t the one actually purchasing. FYI you should NEVER reach over someone to shake someone’s hand. If I objected to anything they were trying to sell me, they would ask her if she approved. I’m 30 years old and can think for myself. However they seemed to think I was a 16 year old who needed permission for everything. I also asked to see other cars and the sales rep pretty much made me feel like there was no point because everything else on the lot sucked in comparison. I just wish that my original sales rep hadn’t gotten sick. More

One of the worst dealerships I saw in my life. The finance manager was the worst. The dealership always changed the things for their favor. First we had a deal for white Honda CRV. After making all the deals, they said that vehicle is not available. Then they tried to sell me a silver CRV for the price of white CRV (The price of a white CRV is higher than for a silver SUV). I had to agree for this, since I didn't have any choice. I signed all the documents before a month I get the vehicle. I even paid a deposit+ down payment. After using the vehicle for a one week the finance guy aid there is an issue with the bank and they couldn't finance the vehicle for me. I said okay, you can have your vehicle, but I need all the money I paid. They had a month to figure out every thing. They suddenly a magic happened and they figured out everything. During this vehicle process I had to go like 10 times to the dealership to resolve all these incompetence's of the dealership. I do not recommend rusty wallis Honda for anyone. More
