I brought my vehicle in for warranty repair on my scheduled appointment only to find the part wasn’t ordered so I had to reschedule. This is the third new Ford f150 I’ve bought, I’ve been happy with scheduled appointment only to find the part wasn’t ordered so I had to reschedule. This is the third new Ford f150 I’ve bought, I’ve been happy with ford until now. Build quality and service are not what I’m accustomed to from Ford. I’m thinking I should have switched to Dodge Ram.
