My CR-V purchase is my second Honda with my last purchase being a new Honda Pilot from Brian Chock. Brian is amazing and that is why I came to Manly Honda to purchase this new car (what more need I say). Jesse was extremely thorough in educating me on my new car--no high pressure; no games. He has made himself available for any questions I might have regarding my car and I can call/text him any time. Sean was fairly new to his position in finance but I was amazed with his knowledge of ALL the information he had to go through. Very good except for one thing Generally happy with the people, selection, customer service. Only issue was after very thorough detailing was done, all tires had a big white X on t Generally happy with the people, selection, customer service. I complained and asked for an explanation but it did not seem to be a priority to address this. Most of the new cars seemed to have these big white X's on their tires. I do not see this at other dealerships. More

overwhelmed I was ready to release my car for another 3 years at basically the same rate as I was leasing my 2015 Accord. After talking to Jesse Baseball, he gave I was ready to release my car for another 3 years at basically the same rate as I was leasing my 2015 Accord. After talking to Jesse Baseball, he gave me a sheet giving me higher finance options and talked me into buying my vehicle. It turned out that after purchasing the vehicle, my monthly payment is more than releasing the vehicle with a $1000 cash down option. In six years, I will have a 9 year old car that I payed $20, 000 for where on the other hand, in 3 years I could release a brand new car for less money. I don't need the equity of an automobile and would have preferred to release for the next 3 years. They are advertizing the 2017 Accord on TV now for $169 per month - far less than the $283 that I am now paying to own my car. I felt I was duped into purchasing my vehicle. Richard Fowler More

Wonderful Experience Getting my Dream Car! We are new to the North Bay area, and were in the market for a new car. We have been fans of Honda vehicles, so it was a natural choice to stop by thi We are new to the North Bay area, and were in the market for a new car. We have been fans of Honda vehicles, so it was a natural choice to stop by this dealership. From beginning to end, our salesman Chris Tara-Brown was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable; which really helped our purchase go as smooth as possible. On the finance department, Thomas Henschel, was fantastic! He went above and beyond when it came to finalizing the deal and setting up our loan with our bank. Lastly, Jesse Broadway also stepped in to help briefly during the last part of the process. All in all, we are very pleased with our purchase and Manly Honda's fantastic staff. More
