Typical Horrible Car Purchase We went to purchase a newly used Honda Pilot and were dreading going to any car dealership. The salesman was new and untrained in how to close a deal. We went to purchase a newly used Honda Pilot and were dreading going to any car dealership. The salesman was new and untrained in how to close a deal. We were told a repair would be on the "Due Bill" and it was not. We were in a rush to sign the papers as my husband would be late going to work for his night shift. We were told that since the repair was not on the "Due Bill" we would have to pay. Then the sales manager said it was a "he said she said" because there was no proof. Fortunately, I had text messages from the inadequate saleman indicating they were indeed repairing it. If it wasn't for those text messages we would nothing to stand on. It took over a week to get get the vehicle as promised. When I finally picked up the vehicle, no one came out to follow up and some other different salesman, who I had never met, showed me to my car. Absolutely horrible experience and have already told all our friends and family to beware of this dealership. More

Great employee review On Saturday October 1st, 2016 my husband and our son and I went to the Honda dealership to just start looking at cars and maybe to go see if we could On Saturday October 1st, 2016 my husband and our son and I went to the Honda dealership to just start looking at cars and maybe to go see if we could qualify for a loan as our 2001 Honda Civic was going to need some work and just not really worth the money! I was texting Julie costa as she is a good friend of mine and she said yes come on down to the dealership I'll sit you guys with someone and we could talk. So low and behold she said Jesse is on his way and he's gonna help you out! So here comes Jesse and my husband said hey I know you! Lol they used to work together! Jesse then took over! He was excellent. Very patient with my son, worked our numbers out. We had a few hiccups along the way but Jesse was just awesome at working things out for us! Very personable, honest, and helpful. We will recommend Jesse to anyone! Needless to say we walked out of the dealership with a 2015 Honda Accord sport, very pleased! Jesse took very good care of us. First disappointment I have used this dealership for service on my Hondas for almost 15 years and everything has been great. I recently had my passenger side recalled airb I have used this dealership for service on my Hondas for almost 15 years and everything has been great. I recently had my passenger side recalled airbag replaced and it was done in less than an hour which is great. When I got home I noticed white plastic shredded debris on the passenger floormat as well as a white pasty substance on the dash. Whoever did the job did not clean up after doing the replacement. This has never happened before and I was disappointed. More
