Its been over a month since the last review and I still have to give a 1 rating, I would give a 0 but 1 is the least I can give. One again after many phone calls all I get it the run a round. I was told I have to give a 1 rating, I would give a 0 but 1 is the least I can give. One again after many phone calls all I get it the run a round. I was told I would be getting a refund of $1995 plus tax on Nov. 8, 2021. I am still waiting. Again after many phone calls they keep telling me a few more days. Well I will be call Ford corporate and taking my complaint to the next level. I will not stop there. More
