Tire deflating routinely I took my car in because one of the tires was deflating routinely. I expected to wait a while since I was a walk-in and Tucson Subaru is always busy. I took my car in because one of the tires was deflating routinely. I expected to wait a while since I was a walk-in and Tucson Subaru is always busy. The wait was worth it. The tire was replaced - no charge. Service department employee, Jesse Friedman was friendly, professional and helpful. He submitted the necessary paperwork to have the tire replaced at no cost and I was on my way to a previously scheduled appointment. More

"The service you get after the Purchase" - AngrySubie2222 I was in a few months ago to have service done on my vehicle. I was told it would be done by a certain time and it wasn't. I waited for over 30 minute I was in a few months ago to have service done on my vehicle. I was told it would be done by a certain time and it wasn't. I waited for over 30 minutes after. while I waited I asked to speak to a fiance manager to answer a few lease questions. The finance manager never answered my questions but she also made me feel like an idiot for asking and was more in tuned with one of the salesman in the building. I felt dismissed and disrespected. This is not a good way to treat loyal clients. I am avoiding my next visit and purchase. More

Upon notice from Subaru about two diddly recalls (neither of which affected me at all) schedu 2018 Outback 3.6R; 17,000 trouble-free miles so far. Upon notice from Subaru about two diddly recalls (neither of which affected me at all) scheduled visit to get them taken care of. Jesse Friedman got me in on-time, provided free loaner car for a few hours, accomplished all required. Friendly, efficient, extremely considerate start to finish. This is how dealer service should run. More

Both times he encouraged me to go at my own pace and investigate multiple cars This is my second new car purchase from Joe Micoletti at Tucson Subaru. Both times he encouraged me to go at my own pace and investigate multiple cars with no pressure. I believe he understands that thorough evaluation of a major purchase avoids buyer remorse. I am happy that I got exactly the car and features that I wanted and needed. Traci in finance was a pleasure to deal with also. No pressure and explained all my options to my satisfaction making decisions easy. While I had my previous Subaru, it had zero defects or problems. Service took care of the routine maintenance on time with easy scheduling. More
