I purchased the car before it was officially put in the lo when it was still parked at the shop. It was a Saturday so there was no one at the shop to give us any information. I noticed the detail job wasn’t very good like maybe it wasn’t completed. When I got the car home, I noticed an interior light that didn’t work and there were no floor mats. I called Rich to ask if there were floor mats. I also asked for him to check with the shop to make sure the inspection was completed. He never called me back. I called and spoke to him a second time and he never called me back. I’ve also realized the misting feature of the wipers doesn’t work. I have to wonder if the inspection and detailing were completed. More

Our experience with Aubrey was superb in helping us find a used truck that matched what we were looking for. We met Matt, his manager, who was very transparent about the AutoMax sales process and why their a used truck that matched what we were looking for. We met Matt, his manager, who was very transparent about the AutoMax sales process and why their vehicles were priced so low compared to everywhere else we looked. Both Aubrey and Matt went the extra mile in telling us about the history and value of the truck in the open market. A test drive and inspection of the truck was very satisfying. Once we decided to purchase the truck, we then came to an agreement on my trade-in allowance after some negotiation. Aubrey/Matt worked up the numbers and there were no extra fees, other the usual stuff. The loan manager, Jesse, was fantastic. He was able to finance the truck at a credit union where we were current members. The process was smooth with no surprises. We highly recommend AutoMax to everyone who wants an amazingly low price on a used vehicle. More
