Went to Automax to look at a some possible options. I did not need a car when I met JC. Immediately I was greeted and felt like I was talking to someone I've known for many years. JC was easy going, polite, funny, and showed no pressure of needing or wanting a sale. Went on a test drive and spoke about life. Few minutes later we were back at the dealership and ready to sign some paperwork. Jessie was our financial manager and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He explained everything and gave us options for warranty packages but did not force it on me. Overall Automax has been the best experience for car buying and I look forward to getting JC some business! More
