The experience was fine. I did not purchase the vehicle as we could not come to an agreement on figures but they were pleasant, attentive and not pushy in the least. The sales consultant was very nice - the finance manager I found condescending. In my experience I'd rate them a bit above the average when it comes to the car shopping / buying experience. More

We were not told the truth by the finance manager Mark. He told us that Suncoast Credit Union. Would not give the number of months we requested. But Bank of America would so we signed with them. On Monday He told us that Suncoast Credit Union. Would not give the number of months we requested. But Bank of America would so we signed with them. On Monday when I called the credit union and asked about it. They said it was never requested and they would. As soon as possible I am changing my loan to them. Mark I hope in the future you provide your customers with the truth. You will never get my business again nor any of my friends!!! More
