Harry, Steve and Glen in the Service Dept. are professional and caring, their outstanding customer service and treating me like family is truly what "sold" me on owning a Cadillac! I just purchased my 2nd Cadillac from Plaza, and discovered the sales team is just as stellar as the service team! Jesse was kind, helpful, patient, no pressure, a gem! The experience was fine. I did not purchase the vehicle as we could not come to an agreement on figures but they were pleasant, attentive and not pushy in the least. The sales consultant was very nice - t as we could not come to an agreement on figures but they were pleasant, attentive and not pushy in the least. The sales consultant was very nice - the finance manager I found condescending. In my experience I'd rate them a bit above the average when it comes to the car shopping / buying experience. More
