Harry, Steve and Glen in the Service Dept. are professional and caring, their outstanding customer service and treating me like family is truly what "sold" me on owning a Cadillac! I just purchased my 2nd Cadillac from Plaza, and discovered the sales team is just as stellar as the service team! Jesse was kind, helpful, patient, no pressure, a gem!
