Jason, We take every upset customer and their discontentment extremely seriously. While it is correct that only one credit pull for a lease purchase would be completed by our staff, inside of our dealership, we failed to relay that of course American Honda would do so as well to fulfill your installment contract with American Honda. We have done our best to adhere to consistent practices as it relates to additional fees related to 3rd party tag, tag transfer, document fees etc. Even a lease purchase (lease buyout) presents some level of liability to our enterprise and there is still some level of administrative work to complete and support the transaction. We hope this provides a clearer understanding as it seems we have not done a good job at communicating these protocols while you were in our dealership.
