I had a 12pm appointment that I believed was going to be at a satellite dealership after Southern Acura had an issue in their service bay. After being redirected by the secondary dealership Southern Acura h at a satellite dealership after Southern Acura had an issue in their service bay. After being redirected by the secondary dealership Southern Acura honored my 12 pm appointment which they didn’t have to since I technically didn’t make the appointment at that dealership but they are the ones I purchased my car from and it was very nice to be treated as a priority so that I could get in an out and continue with my day. Thank you to Cisco and his team as well as Jessica for completing my service quickly and without any hassle. More

Didn't seem to know what was covered of required service for the ZDX Acura seems to be lost in this whole process with the ZDX very disappointed in the whole purchase / corporate office follow up to concern for the ZDX Acura seems to be lost in this whole process with the ZDX very disappointed in the whole purchase / corporate office follow up to concerns with this purchase not sure if I will consider Acura for my next car !!!!
