Despite having a 9:45 appointment for brakes, they kept my car for the entire day and appreciated. However, the service department seemed overbooked. Despite having a 9:45 appointment for brakes, they kept my car for the entire day and only later told me it would need to stay overnight if I wanted the work completed. This created a lot of inconvenience—I had to pay for a ride home after dropping off my car and was left without transportation for the day. I had to ask for a loner but still had to arrange for a ride BACK to the dealership to pick it up. Overall, the staff were kind and professional, but the scheduling and service logistics need significant improvement. More

I bring my 2012 xc60 here once a year in April for an oil change and usually something else. They have been helpful. I do most of my mechanical work, which make newer Volvos frustrating. Two years ago I h change and usually something else. They have been helpful. I do most of my mechanical work, which make newer Volvos frustrating. Two years ago I had a battery charging message that was actually an emissions sensor. The service writer was very helpful and gave me enough documentation to replace it. Last year they resynchronized three key fobs that had come unsynchronized. This year I had a bad cooling fan. The service writer couldn't answer a specific question about the troubleshoot. I had asked if they had checked for the run signal on the harness. I went ahead and replaced the cooling fan assembly in that worked fine, so no problem. Applause to Volvo engineers - the car worked fine without a cooling fan until we got unseasonably hot weather in March. More
