The customer service was friendly and personable, which I appreciated. However, the service department seemed overbooked. Despite having a 9:45 appointment for brakes, they kept my car for the entire day and appreciated. However, the service department seemed overbooked. Despite having a 9:45 appointment for brakes, they kept my car for the entire day and only later told me it would need to stay overnight if I wanted the work completed. This created a lot of inconvenience—I had to pay for a ride home after dropping off my car and was left without transportation for the day. I had to ask for a loner but still had to arrange for a ride BACK to the dealership to pick it up. Overall, the staff were kind and professional, but the scheduling and service logistics need significant improvement. More
