I had a recall on my vehicle. I made my appointment. The service person was very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival I went into the service desk area. I was assisted immediate I made my appointment. The service person was very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival I went into the service desk area. I was assisted immediately. The person I spoke with (Laura) was very friendly and helpful. I was updated as I waited for my vehicle. I went to the service area waiting area which is very clean, has a large screen TV, coffee, comfortable chairs and electronic back massage chair. The bathrooms are close by and clean. Shortly thereafter I received a text from the service desk which informed me that my car was ready. I had a great experience.
