Pleasant Buying Experience As someone who has spent numerous hours at a dealership while purchasing a vehicle (both new and used), this was by far the best and fastest experienc As someone who has spent numerous hours at a dealership while purchasing a vehicle (both new and used), this was by far the best and fastest experience I've had. I purchased a used 2019 vehicle. Saw the vehicle online, and was able to negotiate a price (spent less than 30 minutes on the phone with the rep) before showing up. I was in and out (including test drive, which was already waiting for me) with our newly purchased vehicle in less than 3 hours. They also are considered a remote IL DMV, which also added convenience. The only grip would be communication, we had a little difficulty finding the right location even though the rep gave me the right address, the secretary at the new car lot sent us down the street when we should have been directed to the building next store, there was also a little misunderstanding with the negotiated price, but that was quickly resolved. More

I had discussed my budget, wants & needs w Joe & when he found several possibilities he put me in touch w Candace Chelist. Candace was knowledgeable, patient & courteous. Never ever was there any pressure to decide quick or choose a more expensive model. Candace reviewed all our options w us eventually pointing out the Pilot . Our test drive proved that was the car for us. The deal was made efficiently w/o all those back & forth trips to "The Wizard" who might approve or not of the price offered. It was really painless! & didn't last forever! What an enormous & pleasant surprise! Our finance options were covered thoroughly & w/o confusing us by Jessica Mungenast. She figured up payments several different ways & willingly helped us sort out the pros & cons of the extended warranty. After purchase, I returned for one of my free car washes & bumped into both Joe & Candace. They actually remembered me & my name! Joe took care of a part that needed ordering & Candace set up my phone & other techie questions. I couldn't be more thrilled! Candace was prepared when we arrived with all documentation on the car we would be looking at. She explained everything in detail, and answered all our questions honestly. From previous experience, I chose Candace and Mungenast because of their upfront approach to car shopping. Candace is great to work with. Additionally, Jessica Mungemnast was extremely helpful, working to get approval for the loan. These two women are exceptional.
