When I went to Carr Subaru, Beaverton on May 9, I was pleasantly greeted at the Sales Department entrance by Jessica Wallach. She politely asked if she could be of service. First, Jessica wanted to know my dog's name and assured me Bella is always welcome. That introductory conversation led to a comprehensive conversation about my needs and wants. I began to feel like this was different from any other car dealership I've ever visited. I purchased several cars in the past 20 years. Never did I feel Jessica was pressuring me to "make a decision". She took all the time to answer my questions, took me to look at what was available. I came into the dealership thinking I wanted an Outback. However, as we walked the lot of cars, Jessica answering all the questions I had about the vehicles. I was most interested in the safety features and trunk size ... then the price, We looked at the Outbacks available, new and used and then the Foresters. My decision became clear based on personal needs and wants. I decided the 2023 Forester was and is in my best interest. (Trunk space matters to me.) We returned to the sales office and began the negotiations. I traded in my 2010 Audi Q5. I believe Jessica thoroughly looked at the Audi and took it for a drive. She went to the Used Car manager and came back with an offer I wasn't offended by; but needed the offer to go a bit higher. She negotiated and came back with the offer I could live with. There again, Jessica did not ever pressure me to "decide and accept". Jessica's professionalism and integrity was very impressive and not to be questioned. Carr Subaru is fortunate and so lucky to have Jessica as their "good will ambassador". I signed all the paperwork, surrendered the Audi, The time spent at Carr Subaru with Jessica was very important to me. I drove home feeling confident in my decision. Within 3 hours, all said and done. She came to my house to pick up the extra key and the roof rack. And, went above the normal expectations. She explained how to marry my garage door opener to the new car. And, then did it for me! I am very impressed with "everything Jessica!" She didn't drop me after the sale was over. She continued to offer help if I needed anything with the process of getting acquainted with my car. Her follow up has been and continues to be greatly appreciated. While this survey allows on a 5 star rating, Jessica gets a 10 star rating from me. Carr Subaru gets a 10 also. I am very happy with my Forrester, and the service I have received from the Parts and Service Department. I am an impressed customer! Thank you for making May 9th a happier day for me. And finally, my dog, Bella, was treated like the person she is! More

We purchased a Subaru vehicle from Jessica W. at Carr Subaru, she was tremendously professional with exceptional customer service. When a fellow sales associate "dropped the ball" with viewing th at Carr Subaru, she was tremendously professional with exceptional customer service. When a fellow sales associate "dropped the ball" with viewing the vehicle we were interested in she apologized for his mistake and worked doubly hard to keep our business and to make sure we were satisfied. Then again when a fellow co-worker neglected to email us the bill pf sale documents she apologized on his behalf and went well beyond to make sure we had what we needed. We would definitely buy another car from Jessica at Carr Subaru. More

Very satisfied with 2011 Subaru Forester I purchased. Never bought a vehicle same day nor spent as much on one. We went into Carr Subaru looking for a newer model forester, Jessica Wallach And her team once again had me in shock with their offer and interest rate. I have bought 3 vehicles from them in the last forester, Jessica Wallach And her team once again had me in shock with their offer and interest rate. I have bought 3 vehicles from them in the last year and change and I will never go to a different dealer after dealing with Jessica and her wonderful team. They worked wonders for me (I don’t have ideal credit) and I walked away with a brand new Forester with a touring trim. They kept their word on the price of the vehicle even after some hiccups with the supply chain (it’s hot). They kept their original offer on my trade in for more then two weeks and I still walked away with the car I wanted and the price they promised. If I could give 6 stars I would. More

They were selling a used 2021 crosstrek with 10k miles and some weird re-arranged logo for $38,000! We went to Portland Subaru and ordered a brand new one for $27,000. We were able to get everything we wanted for more than $10k less. I honestly have no idea how they figured the price on that crosstrek but I feel bad for whomever pays $38k for a $27k car. More
