Had an appointment for routine maintenance at 1:00 pm on my lunch break. I showed up to a long line almost out the street. Despite my appointment, my car didn't get back until around 2:45. I didn't get out my lunch break. I showed up to a long line almost out the street. Despite my appointment, my car didn't get back until around 2:45. I didn't get out until 3:30. Either they took way too many appointments at once or they were just letting anyone in which makes me question why they took appointments in the first place. More

Overall I'm very happy with my services that I have received especially dealing with Jessie and Frank regarding warranty work. The only little issue I have is my recent oil change with free tire rotati received especially dealing with Jessie and Frank regarding warranty work. The only little issue I have is my recent oil change with free tire rotation was only 3 dollars cheaper than my last oil change with tire rotation that I paid for. The advisor told me that labor/oil cost went up. Overall I'm really happy with the team at Subaru of LR. More

We were treated well, everyone was somewhat efficient, but after making an appointment for our service, we were surprised service ran behind 30-40 min and we arrived on time & even a little early.
