Although Andrea was not present on the day of my purchase she ensured that all of my paperwork was in order. My Scenario: I flew in from Mississippi into Charlotte, NC. I was picked up from the airport by Ray (on time) we arrived at the dealership about and hour later. I was greeted by Jesus, we finalized the purchase paperwork, I went in with finance to sign final documents. After about 40-60 minutes total time at the dealership I had keys in hand, a full tank of gas, and I was on my way.
