My wife and I visited Paramont Volkswagen to shop for a tiguan. Upon entering the show room Jesus Gomez introduced himself to us we told him we were interested in a tiguan. We began a conversation relative tiguan. Upon entering the show room Jesus Gomez introduced himself to us we told him we were interested in a tiguan. We began a conversation relative to some preowned vehicles that Paramont had available for sale. We indicated we were somewhat interested but we’re not yet fully committed to making a purchase. After spending probably an hour or more with Jesus we left the show room and the three of us decided we would continue talking about a purchase of a tiguan. A couple of days later Jesus contacted us and informed us that some 2022 Teague wines were available at Paramont. We told him we would visit him in the show room in a few days. Upon meeting him several days later he took us out to the lot and showed us a couple of cars that were available. Because of Jesus polite and personable manner my wife and I purchased a tiguan SE that very same day that we made our second visit to Paramont. Jesus is an incredibly personable man. He is charming and funny. We got along with him as well a sales person and customer possibly can. As a matter fact he called me last night just to chat. The sale was complete we have the car we are waiting for the plates to arrive at the dealership but he called just to say hello . I believe this is above and beyond what sales people do. Usually after the sale is made that’s the end of it. I think that if it were not for Jesus we would not have purchased the car. His knowledge of the vehicle and all of the amenities is extremely good and his explanation of everything was equally well presented to us. Regarding the Paramont showroom. It’s very impressive looking. Modern not cluttered and clean, a place where professionals work. My wife and I are really happy with our purchase and we are really happy with the way everything was handled by the staff at Paramont. More
