He knew everything about the X5, available options and guided us with ease. The process of buying was easy, and believe it or not, fun. Ron was transparent about pricing, both on our new car and trade-in, which took all tension away from making a new car purchase. After we agreed to move forward with the purchase, Ron walked through all the system set-ups and made the transition to the new technology in our X5 easy to use. Jenira, the Finance Manager, was also professional, courteous and very fair with financing and additional options for our X5.
