These dealership doesnt even deserve one start. They don’t care about custome’s needs, just to sell a car and thats it. Problems with the trunk, in short, a Vehicle useless. I spend almost a month trying to exchange it but no response, they only cared about the survey. I bought a Toyota RAV4 yesterday with Jhonny Rodriguez, and I can’t say enough good things about him. We arrived at 8 p.m., just an hour before closing, and even though the dealership closed at 9, Johnny n and I can’t say enough good things about him. We arrived at 8 p.m., just an hour before closing, and even though the dealership closed at 9, Johnny never made us feel rushed. He was kind, patient, and explained everything clearly, step by step. What really stood out was how empathetic and understanding he was throughout the whole process. He stayed with us the entire time, answered every question, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and enjoyable. Because of Jhonny, I would absolutely come back to this dealership for any future purchases. He truly went above and beyond, and I’d recommend him to anyone looking for a car. More
