The service, so far, just threw the buying experience was first rate. Knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. When I called with a question the day before pickup, Jill was out but I received a prompt call bac first rate. Knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. When I called with a question the day before pickup, Jill was out but I received a prompt call back from her team leader who was professional and very responsive. The paperwork part of the process was handled very well by a friendly Darren. He was honest and upfront in the process about all available post sale services and plans. We had a very pleasant experience. I believe their success is in the fact the dealership is still family owned. We were driven to a new purchase by a dealership that was taken over by the Piazza “mega machine” which drove that dealership down the toilet. Now, the next phase of the relationship, service, will begin. Time will tell if this review will sustain itself but we have a good feeling. More
