I had been looking for a month, came in to see a Car that I checked to see if still available. When I got there, I was told the car had a deposit. I recently purchased a Subaru Forester from Concordville Subaru. I am over 60 and have purchased cars before at other dealers and have never given a review before. But my experience this time was so good that I feel I need to do so. Dealing with Jill Q, my salesperson, was such a pleasure. From the time she took me for a test drive in the car I was interested in up to the time I was driving away with my car, She was professional and pleasant and honestly I felt like I was just enjoying an old friend while I was there. Thank you Jill!! The rest of the staff were great as well. Buying a car is not one of my favorite things to do but they made it easy and pleasant for me. More

I had the best car buying experience ever! A friend of mine recommended Jill to me after buying her own Subaru a few months back. I was only thinking about buying at the time and contacted Jil A friend of mine recommended Jill to me after buying her own Subaru a few months back. I was only thinking about buying at the time and contacted Jill who was very patient with me. She responded very quickly to my emails and offered to answer any questions. There was no pressure AT ALL! So about a month later, I contacted her again and said I think I am ready! I had my heart set on a 2024 Crosstrek Wilderness in Lithium Red. She explained that there was one in transit and it may be here before the New Year. I received her email on 12/26 that I could pick it up on 12/27! Woohoo! Jill was so much fun to work with and I will definitely recommend her to anyone thinking of buying! Also, Matt Tannery was fantastic for the financial aspects and was very thorough as he explained everything to me. I love Concordville and will be back for all my services and future care needs! More
