I had been looking for a month, came in to see a Car that I checked to see if still available. When I got there, I was told the car had a deposit. My 1st experience with the sales person was not positive. I checked to see if still available. When I got there, I was told the car had a deposit. My 1st experience with the sales person was not positive. I left not buying. I received a call from the Used Sales Manager, walked away with a Great car. MADELINE was beyond incredible. From the moment I entered the dealership everyone was very friendly and helpful. I recently purchased a Subaru Forester from Concordville Subaru. I am over 60 and have purchased cars before at other dealers and have never given a review before. But my experience this time was so good Subaru. I am over 60 and have purchased cars before at other dealers and have never given a review before. But my experience this time was so good that I feel I need to do so. Dealing with Jill Q, my salesperson, was such a pleasure. From the time she took me for a test drive in the car I was interested in up to the time I was driving away with my car, She was professional and pleasant and honestly I felt like I was just enjoying an old friend while I was there. Thank you Jill!! The rest of the staff were great as well. Buying a car is not one of my favorite things to do but they made it easy and pleasant for me. More
