I had the best car buying experience ever! A friend of mine recommended Jill to me after buying her own Subaru a few months back. I was only thinking about buying at the time and contacted Jill who was very patient with me. She responded very quickly to my emails and offered to answer any questions. There was no pressure AT ALL! So about a month later, I contacted her again and said I think I am ready! I had my heart set on a 2024 Crosstrek Wilderness in Lithium Red. She explained that there was one in transit and it may be here before the New Year. I received her email on 12/26 that I could pick it up on 12/27! Woohoo! Jill was so much fun to work with and I will definitely recommend her to anyone thinking of buying! Also, Matt Tannery was fantastic for the financial aspects and was very thorough as he explained everything to me. I love Concordville and will be back for all my services and future care needs! More
