I bought my first car from Todd when I was in high school. Over the last 32 years, I've purchased at least 10 cars. Those that were purchased through a dealer, have been exclusively through Suntrup. He is an awesome guy and really takes care of his customers. Over those years, we've had a coupe issues come up and he was always there to ensure that I was taken care of and addressed those problems quickly and professionally. I've got 2 more cars within the next few years to purchase (kids first cars) and they WILL be purchased through Todd. Beyond that, I'll replace my wifes car along with mine one more time. By the time those wear out, I'll probably be too old to drive. And, of course I'll buy them from Suntrup. More

Horrible sales experience! Purchased a pre-owned vehicle that was detailed and stickered on a Saturday afternoon only to find out that it still needed to be run through the ser Purchased a pre-owned vehicle that was detailed and stickered on a Saturday afternoon only to find out that it still needed to be run through the service department l. Ok, fair enough. We were told the salesperson/client advisor would be in contact on Monday. Monday rolls around and not a peep. No one at the dealership could locate him. Finally got a text saying it was still in service and that he would let us know when it was ready. Heard nothing on Tuesday, so once again I inquired on the status. I was told at this point that parts needed to be ordered and would once again be contacted as soon as it was ready. Heard nothing on Wednesday. Finally got a text Thursday afternoon that it was ready but it was late to make arrangements to go get it. Friday evening went to the dealership to take delivery. I was handed an envelope and the keys but another salesman. Turns out our original guy was out of town all week. I asked to service record of the work performed during the week it was in service only to find out the only service performed was an oil change! Sales manager was smug and could not offer an explanation. No real effort to remedy. This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from Suntrup. Never again! More
