Auto Butler Dropped my Explorer off for the Auto Butler. When I picked it up I noticed it was not done properly. The outside looked great but the inside was has Dropped my Explorer off for the Auto Butler. When I picked it up I noticed it was not done properly. The outside looked great but the inside was hastily done. The seats where not polished/buffed. Windshield was only cleaned on drivers side. When I told the customer service, they told me I could bring it in and they would fix it while I wait. Which I haven’t done yet but will when I have another day available. More

Poor customer service I was highly disappointed with the poor service received using the shuttle. I was misinformed on several instances that the shuttle would be on its wa I was highly disappointed with the poor service received using the shuttle. I was misinformed on several instances that the shuttle would be on its way and it was not. No communication was initiated by the company to explain the issues, instead I had to continue to call the office to inquire about the delay in service and was not given a definitive explanation until 2 hours later. I received no apology or compensation for the poor customer service, the lack of efficiency and consideration. It was very upsetting and frustrating as it caused delays in my personal plans. More

Friendly staff, horrible service The staff is extremely friendly. The facility is clean and welcoming. The service is very poor. EVERY time I come for work on my car (3rd time) I have The staff is extremely friendly. The facility is clean and welcoming. The service is very poor. EVERY time I come for work on my car (3rd time) I have to return for them to correct a problem they created. Recently I had a recall on my door panel. I let them fix it. Because it took so long, I was rushing out the facility to pick my children up. When I got home I noticed that I could see staples coming out the panel through my window. Now I have to return for them to fix it! It's so frustrating and time consuming to have to keep coming back. More

Jillian is a person who takes pride I’m what she does! I have worked with many advisors at Sutton, and other dealerships. I drive out of my way to Sutton Ford because of Jillian. She’s committed from the t I have worked with many advisors at Sutton, and other dealerships. I drive out of my way to Sutton Ford because of Jillian. She’s committed from the time she’s takes your keys, until she put your keys in your hands. Jillian calls/text to keep you informed. Makes sure you are aware of your options, rebates,and sales. I’ve watched her explain to a customer what was going on with her vehicle . The woman didn’t seem to understand. Jillian changed her verbiage, tone , and slowed down. She asked her customer if she was ok with what she was say. THATS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! More
