I think what I liked most about the experience would still be the low pressure sales environment and their commitment to making the customer happy. I almost forgot to mention the price, I live 2 miles away from maita toyota and i drove all the way out to elk grove cause they had the best prices. If you like keeping more of your money i would check out their ads cause they have the best deals. More

I had been looking for the elusive Trail Edition at dealers all around the valley and bay area for weeks. The salesman Karl Bains was courteous and helpful, not pushy at all. We test drove the vehicle but did not have time to buy it at that time. We came back around 4 in the afternoon and bought the vehicle. Now I must say that due to past experience with other dealers my wife was dreading the sales process, but much to our surprise, at Elk Grove Toyota it was painless, we got a fair price on the vehicle with out the usual back and forth to the sales manager, and were treated with respect at all times. The finance dept person Debbie Jaynes was equally courteous and helpful. I had planned to have to buy an extended warranty online or elsewhere, but she made it worth it just to get it right there. More

Jim was amazing to work with! I would highly recommend Jim. My husband & I were very specific in what we were looking for and Jim and his team searched relentlessly until they were able to obtain it! Elk Grove Toyota is an outstanding dealership. We just purchased our 3rd car from them. The salesman who assisted us is Romy Cruz. He listened to what we told him we wanted and was helpful in finding us the car to met our needs. We also worked with Jim Blacksten, the dealerships Sales Manager. We were able to negotiate a deal in a timely manner as we have done in the past with him. Debbie in finance gave us a through explanation of options and the finance process. We have had excellent experiences both with the sales staff and the service department for many years now. More
