Great experience my salesperson Jim Cossette was wonderful. A few days after I picked up my car and after running several errands that day I couldn't get it to start. my salesperson Jim Cossette was wonderful. A few days after I picked up my car and after running several errands that day I couldn't get it to start. I was stuck at Griffin Hospital Cancer Center and had another appt within the half hour I called Jim. He came to my location and determined that the remote malfunctioned. He took me to my appt location, went back to the dealer, took care of the remote, came and picked me up from my appt and took me back to Griffin where my car was. I doubt many salespeople would have done that. Would definitely recommend him to anyone. More

A Very Helpful and Friendly Dealership! My wife and I visited Curtiss Ryan Honda a few years ago to purchase a new Honda Civic. We were helped by Jim Cossette who was very helpful throughou My wife and I visited Curtiss Ryan Honda a few years ago to purchase a new Honda Civic. We were helped by Jim Cossette who was very helpful throughout the entire process. I recently needed to purchase a used car, so we went back to see Jim and he was able to find me a great Honda CRV that afternoon and I drove it home that day. I thought the price was fair, and so far I love my Honda CRV. It recently developed an issue where the rear hatch doesn't open, but on my first oil & oil filter change (which was free) they checked it out and will replace the faulty switch under my extended warrantee. The part is on order. They also responded to my opinion that I thought the battery was getting week. It failed under their load test so they replaced my battery under the warrantee too. The folks I have dealt with at Curtis Ryan have been very friendly like Kaitlyn Nolan in the service department. They provided me a complimentary ride home while my car was being serviced and they picked me up when my car was ready that afternoon. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone who needs a new or used car! My father-in-law purchased a car from them too and he drove all the way from Old Saybrook to Shelton to get his car serviced. More

Thanks for making our CRV possible So we go into the dealership to inquire about a 2016 CRV and the low interest rate that was offered. They didn't have the color we wanted, a limited color choice is offered on the LX verison so Scott Glazer found the CRV for us. Since the proper paperwork couldn't be found myself. "I misplaced the title of the trade in" Jim Cossette had to finish up the sale since Scott was going on vacation. All myself and my wife can say is "THANKS JIM!" We had a challanging sale on our part since the information on our transfer of plates didn't match DMV records! Jim made the corrections and re-did all the paperwork for us! This is our second new car purchased by us from Scott and come to find out, Jim sold me my used car I bought at the dealership as well. After all is said and done, a great sale was completed very professionally! More
