Jim was not only personable but also extremely easy to communicate with. From my very first visit he eased my anxiety and assured me he would do whatever it took to get me approved to lease the car of my dreams as soon as possible. Within a short while I was back at Curtiss Ryan picking up my dream car. Jim Cossette,as well as Jack Pape, got me approved despite several obstacles put in their way. I was dealt with in a respectful and patient manner. They answered my numerous questions and went over all of the features of the vehicle with me. The monthly payments were extremely reasonable and I walked away with my brand new 2018 Honda Civic feeling like a million bucks! In market that is so over-saturated with dealerships and salesmen who don't care about anything else but making that sale, it was so refreshing to deal with people that genuinely care about their customers. Thank you Curtiss- Ryan and thank you Jim and Jack for making this whole process so wonderful. I look forward to coming back for my first service! More

Jim greeted me at the front door with a warm handshake. I felt much less nervous. He started the dialog with information about the dealership itself and the loyal employees. I liked the personal touch. When we discussed the car I was interested in, Jim's presentation was clear and I knew I had his attention. It has 150,000 miles and I have spent very little money outside or standard maintenance. When I go in for service I don't feel like I am being pressured to pay for work that is not needed. When the work is complete it is always correct and I can get answers to any questions I have. I think back to my service experiences with other dealerships and have very few positive thoughts. We now have two Hondas and have all of our service at Curtiss Ryan an our car life is low stress. More

I thank him for his time and efforts to "educate" me on the new technology I was intimidated with. I know if I have any questions, Jim will be there for me to help me through it. I also want to thank Jack Pape. He was able to quickly get me a loaner car when I needed a seat protection service and was helpful in answering my questions. More
