Brandon helped us and was very kind, informative, and not at all pushy. They got us in a Certified pre-owned for much under the KBB value. Great to work with I have had 3 new vehicles in my life time all purchased from the Taylor Dealership. A 1995 Plymouth, a 2001 Dodge Caravan and now a 2018 Dodge Caravan I have had 3 new vehicles in my life time all purchased from the Taylor Dealership. A 1995 Plymouth, a 2001 Dodge Caravan and now a 2018 Dodge Caravan. When I bought the 2001 I gave the 1995 to my daughter. The 2001 lasted 17 years with no major troubles and it has over 212,000 miles and it was time to buy a new one with the expectation this one will last for the next 17 years More

We were looking for a replacement vehicle for Debra , as our 2003 Yukon XL was getting tired. We were also looking for a good candidate for a tow behind vehicle for our motor coach when we travel.After doing a lot of research and speaking with Charles Jasinski and making sure about the towing capability of the jeep line , we decided on the Jeep Wrangler JK Sahara model because of the ease and simplicity of being able to be towed . Our sales person , Kelly McCarty once again stepped up to provide us both with the level of service we have come to expect from her and The Dealership at Taylor Dodge.The level of service is a comfortable at home feeling without the traditional pressure felt at a lot of dealerships. So , i would highly recommend Taylor Dodge Dealership to purchase a new vehicle and Kelly McCarty to help with your vehicle purchase. In Shock I'm still in an aftershock because I still can't believe I am driving a new Ram 1500, and that thanks goes out to Kelly McCarty who happened to be in I'm still in an aftershock because I still can't believe I am driving a new Ram 1500, and that thanks goes out to Kelly McCarty who happened to be in the right place at the right time when I brought my 2013 ram in for service. She told me that she could probably put me in a new Ram , for about what I might be paying on my present Ram, Naturally I was doubtful but decided while I was waiting, why not see what she can come up with. To my total surprise, she was able to put me in a 2018 Ram for only $60.00 more a month than what my present payment was. If there was a rating of 10 , she would get a 10 instead of a 5. I would also like to than Bryan Davis for his assistance in the deal and last but not least, Jim Crosswell for sweetening the finalization of our deal. He is a true friend, great person, and a asset to the corporation. Any future thoughts of replacing him would be a bad idea. That being said, goes for his sales team like Kelly McCarty and management team member Bryan Davis. Thank You, I could go on about all three of these people but, Nuff Said. More
