Bought a car from here and that experience was great. So figured I'd bring another vehicle (dodge) here for service. We dropped the car off Wednesday night for a 1030 am appt on thurs. At 5pm Thursday, So figured I'd bring another vehicle (dodge) here for service. We dropped the car off Wednesday night for a 1030 am appt on thurs. At 5pm Thursday, they still hadn't even looked at it. I was told that they would definitely look at it first thing Friday morning. I called at 1pm on Friday and they still had not looked at it. At 430 pm they called and said the car was fixed. They claimed we used the wrong oil filter and oil so they did an oil change. $100+ later..... we drove it for 5 minutes and check engine light was back on and all issues were still present. Not impressed at all!!! More

I was not informed that a couple of technicians had quit the week before until my vehicle had been there for almost two days. It was not completed until day number three, and I had to keep calling to find the week before until my vehicle had been there for almost two days. It was not completed until day number three, and I had to keep calling to find out if it was done. They called me on the third day saying there was a sticky note saying they were waiting for me to call back. I told them no one had called me that day to inform me of what the repair was. I was contemplating trading in my vehicle for a new one, but decided I would never purchase one, or have my vehicle repaired there again. More

Cannot say enough good things about this dealership. I was gaslit by West Herr Ram/chrysler over verifiable problems that this dealership addressed readily. The other dealership held my truck hostage I was gaslit by West Herr Ram/chrysler over verifiable problems that this dealership addressed readily. The other dealership held my truck hostage for 3 days, did nothing, tried to charge me $600 for diagnostics which was complete garbage. This dealership bent over backwards to take care of the truck, provided me with a loaner for all days, great communication, wrapped up as much of the work under warranty as possible. I could not be more pleased with the interaction or the staff and I give them my highest recommendation for other customers. They are great representative of the Ram brand and I would recommend them to anybody. More
