Land Cruisers I just bought my fourth Land Cruiser. Every four or five years I trade in the old with over 200,000 miles for a new. When it comes to Service, my go t I just bought my fourth Land Cruiser. Every four or five years I trade in the old with over 200,000 miles for a new. When it comes to Service, my go to guys are Scott Gryzmala or Warren Hamilton. When it comes to purchasing a new Land Cruiser, its only Jim Donahue. All three are friendly and honest. More

Car buying made easy James made this by far the easiest car buying experience ever! I was in and out in under an hour. I had my kids with me and was done signing paperwork before they finished their Happy Meals! I'll definitely return! More

Very pleased with my Avalon! First, I want to say how much I appreciate Jim Donohue. I don't find the car-buying experience pleasant. And, as I've gotten older (I'm 69), I find First, I want to say how much I appreciate Jim Donohue. I don't find the car-buying experience pleasant. And, as I've gotten older (I'm 69), I find it even less pleasant. But, Jim guided me gently through the whole process....even when I got grumpy with him! He was always the perfect gentleman and took the time to explain everything to me. I keep cars forever...literally...I kept one for 41 years before I gave it to my nephew last year; and I still have a Lexus LS that's 26 years old! So, I was very picky in purchasing my new Avalon. Jim Donahue was wonderful! And the other folks at Lou Fusz were so nice, too. I very much appreciated Bill McKeown's excellent service when I did my final paperwork with him. He and I shared stories of our love for old cars. That was a treat! But, I still have to credit Jim Donahue for this sale. Bill McKeown only had to deal to deal with me for about an hour. Jim Donahue had to deal with me for several months! I am not an easy customer! I would definitely recommend Lou Fusz. And I would especially recommend Jim Donahue, Peggy Browne PS:I would really like to meet Nathan Pitchford, When I go to Mungenast Lexus to have my old LS serviced, I can ask to talk to Tom Fogarty, and he is so gracious to see me.
