The day after we test drove vehicles, he followed up with us via email and was willing to continue to email with us (as we were out of town that day) and to get the process of ordering our vehicle going by email and phone. We really appreciate his help and attentiveness and his willingness to deal with our questions, etc., via email. New Camry Jim Donohue was a great pleasure to work with. I wanted to replace my 2005 Camry with a new vehicle, and thought that I wanted an SUV. Jim arrange Jim Donohue was a great pleasure to work with. I wanted to replace my 2005 Camry with a new vehicle, and thought that I wanted an SUV. Jim arranged test drives of a RAV4 and three Highlanders over the space of about four months. In the end I decided that I would be best served with another Camry, so I asked Jim to find a V6 XLE with the premium audio. We quickly negotiated a fair price for the new Camry and for the 2005 Camry trade. Two weeks later Jim found the exact Camry that I wanted. The paperwork was completed quickly by Bill McKeown, and James Conaway helped me pair my iPhone to the Entune system. It was a pleasure to deal with them all. More

No pressure and he got me exactly the 4Runner I was looking for in just one week from my initial visit Jim Donohue provided a great sales experience. No pressure and he got me exactly the 4Runner I was looking for in just one week from my initial visit to the dealership. I appreciate hard work and Jim works hard to get the buyer what they ask for at a fair price. I received several emails from Toyota dealerships after I put on the Edmunds web site that I was looking for a 2015 4Runner. I had a good idea of what I was going to pay and what I could get for my trade. Fusz Toyota was the first and only dealership I looked at. I don't like to waist time shopping around if you can get me what I want with excellent customer service. I told Jim if he could get me "this car" at close to this price with exactly what I want on it (package, interior and exterior), get this for my trade......and I want to put this much down to get my payment at a certain amount.....then we could strike a deal. I put a deposit down that night. I was prepared to wait several weeks to get that car......but again, it only took one week. He satisfied all of those conditions and got me the 4Runner I wanted. After service is important to me as well and he assured me that I could come by anytime and he would be happy to help me in any way. I am confident that he will stick to that promise. Travis in finance, Warren in Service and Jimmy......the guy that gave me a tutorial on how everything works were great as well. I would recommend this dealership and Jim Donohue in particular to a friend based on great customer service. More
