Suburban Ford is ran by the most unprofessional and disrespectful individuals I have ever met. Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights was negligent in installing software on my car and it sat in their shop disrespectful individuals I have ever met. Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights was negligent in installing software on my car and it sat in their shop for 1.5 months, every time i would ask for an update they would blame Ford. In the last phone conversation i had with Jim i stated that i might have to take legal action for them to deem it a lemon, his response was make sure they spell my name right in the lawsuit and come pick up your car as we won't touch it. He made me bring my loaner back and drive a car that i did not feel safe driving becuase of the software issues, he is making a customer take back a car they messed up and putting Ford Motor Company and others at risk. I told him i do not feel safe driving the car and he said he did not care and to come pick it up. A GM with this attitude should be investigated by Ford if he does not care about the safety of their customers, I highly recommend staying away from all Suburban Ford dealers. More

I would love to give a nice review of my experience and Suburban ford. I am not able to do so. I brought my F350 truck in for a check engine light at the end of July and it is still there. I have met with the Scott Morosky and it was very unsatisfactory. I shared ideas that he just could not consider. I have been waiting without getting a loaner, truck/car rental money or a date that I can expect my truck back. I am not getting calls about the progress and my original service person will not talk to me about it. I feel my repeating calls, three time going in person and contacting For customer service has been met with a shrug. Thank you More

Would not recommend purchasing a used vehicle from this place as the used vehicle I purchased needs a 1000$ repair job not even 1 week and 70 miles later and they won't do anything to make it right. The sales rep at the counter was rude when he said I should just get it fixed when it is the dealerships fault for lying about the vehicles condition in the first place. More

We purchased a used truck and a very expensive extended warranty. We drove it fewer than 300 miles and took it in for a problem that should be covered by the warranty, They had the truck for over a month warranty. We drove it fewer than 300 miles and took it in for a problem that should be covered by the warranty, They had the truck for over a month and no one called. My husband then got the run around from the service and 2 conflicting reports. One that they had started the work and another to say they just started the work. They now are saying to get to the problem they would destroy a part and we would have to pay for that part. Very disappointed as the part they say we have to pay for will cost more that the warranty we bought. I will be pursuing this further as the whole repair should be covered. More

This is one of the worst dealerships I have ever dealt with!! 1] I had to fight to get warranty work done and done properly 2] The workmanship was absolutely horrid and left me and my family in a very with!! 1] I had to fight to get warranty work done and done properly 2] The workmanship was absolutely horrid and left me and my family in a very unsafe environment with the rear four cab bolts on my truck not properly reinstalled. { Ford Corporate dealer rep had my truck fixed at another dealership for he no faith in Suburban's abilities} 3] Service managers and Body shop managers both repeatedly out right lied to me!! 4] asked for the General manager or owner to contact me about issues. NEVER heard a peep out of either of them. I would NEVER recommend using this dealership for purchase or service of any kind. More
