I made my second visit to Valley Honda on March 12th. Umesh assisted me as I test drove two cars. I found Umesh to be very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We purchased a 2021 Pilot SE at Valley Honda last week. This was the 3rd car we purchased through Valley Honda since 2007. We live closer to other dealers, but going to Valley was worth the drive, as always! The salespeople are so friendly and accommodating. We worked with Shaun who answered a lot of our questions before we even got to the dealership. We were trading in both of our Hondas (an '08 Accord and an '11 CRV), which did take a considerable amount of time, but we never felt rushed or pressured. We are happy with the price we paid (might have liked a little more on our trade-ins, but we know we can't have everything), and the service Shaun provided in talking about the features, letting us both test drive, and setting up our "infotainment system" (very new to us, given our previous cars!). We hope to have this car for many many years, but we always recommend Valley to others looking to buy a Honda, and we'll definitely use them again ourselves in the future! More

Always been hesitant to visit dealers bc of how long it takes and sales ppl insisting on selling unnecessary things (at least to me). I went online to search for a new odyssey and Eddi from Valley Honda Au takes and sales ppl insisting on selling unnecessary things (at least to me). I went online to search for a new odyssey and Eddi from Valley Honda Aurora reached out to me via phone (I don’t like to talk to sales ppl on phone) so I didn’t answer, he emailed me and I replied and stated to him what exactly I was looking for and that I wanted to spend the least amount of time inside dealership. Honestly I was expecting this situation to go just like plenty others BUT it didn’t! Eddi and his manager Brandon were super easy to work with, understanding, helpful, and efficient. I asked to see some pictures of the car I wanted to buy and Brandon went outside on a super cold snowy day and took a video showing me all the details I asked for which floored me bc again I wasn’t expecting that level of service. Needless to say I decided that even tho this particular dealership is farther from home, the travel was worth the service I was receiving. I got exactly what I asked for and none of the things I said no to and picked up my car with total time of 1.5hrs spent inside the dealership. My husband and I left happy with service. We will be back even if we need to travel a bit farther. Thank you!! More
