Email in advance for best pricing! I'd been in contact with Laurie at Valley Honda for some time to stay current with promotions available on the vehicle we were interested in. Not only I'd been in contact with Laurie at Valley Honda for some time to stay current with promotions available on the vehicle we were interested in. Not only did she keep in touch with me off and on for months, she always responded in a prompt and courteous way. Emailing kept their best offers available for me to review and compare at my convenience, and were significantly lower than MSRP. When we finally decided to purchase our brand new vehicle and arrived to check it out to confirm, Laurie passed us on to Jim. Jim was patient with us as we tried to decide on a color we would love for years to come, and also offered us valuable insight into which accessories/upgrades were must haves for our family, and also which we should pass on. Smooth Car Buying Experience, Great selection of vehicles. I scheduled a test drive with Brandon Sullivan, who showed me both the HR-V and CR-V in multiple trim levels. When it cam Great selection of vehicles. I scheduled a test drive with Brandon Sullivan, who showed me both the HR-V and CR-V in multiple trim levels. When it came time to make a purchase decision, Brandon was on vacation and my request was transferred to Julie Olsen and Jim Hanahan. My family and I came on a very busy Saturday and were kept waiting about half an hour past our appointment time. After that, things went smoothly and I had a lease on a CR-V EX within about three hours, including a drive to the lot to check out color options. One standout employee who is not named below was the woman stocking the coffee bar. She overheard my children looking for hot chocolate and immediately found us some within a cabinet. I also enjoyed that the dealership did not hassle me between my test drive and two weeks later when I signed a lease. They gave me prices, and then gave me space to make a decision. I've dealt with other dealerships that called daily and it was a real turn off. More

Aside from no-hassle pricing (below Truecars best price) our sales person (Jim Hanahan) walked us through the purchase, trade in and orientation to all of the technology in the CR-V Touring model with unlimited patience and attention. The entire experience was so positive that I'm thinking of trading in one of our other Hondas. More

He was a straig My recent experience buying my new CR-V at Valley Honda was actually pleasurable. Jim Hanahan was very personable and knowledgeable. He was a straight shooter and saved us a lot of time. He was meticulous about going over every detail of the two vehicles I was deciding between. I felt no pressure to buy the more expensive vehicle. The gal in finance was also extremely pleasant and I cannot get over how clean Valley Honda is. I am a bit OCD and I have never been in a cleaner bathroom. It will be a pleasure to return to Valley Honda for all our car purchasing needs. We have already been telling our friends! More
