This dealership has always provided outstanding customer service and they lived up to that reputation in my most recent car purchase experience as well. I bought a certified, used Honda for my daughter and Alan Marcial and Kurt Gonzalez who handled my final purchase as well as Jim Hanahan whom I'd initially met with made the whole experience a very pleasant and pleasurable one. There was no pressure at all, the features and options on the various vehicles were clearly described, very friendly atmosphere and the hot chocolate was great! Price negotiation was handled in a very courteous and professional manner as well. All in all, a great experience - highly recommend this dealership! More

Rachel was in an accident last weekend and Jim is helping her to find what is a good fit for her - and as usual, is going the extra mile to help us. I really did used to hate buying cars.
