The man that I talked to said I owe $4,500.00, I know he was not a manager.I know he was not a manager Because he gets on the phone and says give me your debit card number. I told him I was not giving him nothing. Del Toyota is not going to allow me to leave owing thaem money so you need to get rid of Sarah. And the finance guy told me I don't owe nothing!! So who do you think I'm going to believe the finance man Joe not Sarah. More

I worked with 2 sales staff, Martin and Kyle, during my experience and I hope both of the sales staff get credited for the sale. Martin helped me get access to the only AWD Camry with the trim I wanted. Af experience and I hope both of the sales staff get credited for the sale. Martin helped me get access to the only AWD Camry with the trim I wanted. After an awful experience at Tri-County Toyota who stated they had the car and really didn’t, Martin made sure I knew he had a car for me to test drive by sending me a picture of it prior to me driving 47 minutes to the dealership. Once at the dealership, he got me in the car and showed me all the bells and whistles after the test drive. Martin then worked my husband over text to get questions answered and an initial quote for my trade it. Last, he arranged for me to meet with his floor partner, Kyle, to get my car appraised on a day I could come in. Prior to the appraisal, Kyle asked if I wanted to test drive the car again or if I had any questions. Once my car was appraised, I worked with Kyle until we got to a number for my trade in that could work. Later that day, a deal was made after I was able to talk to my husband and we called Kyle. I didn’t plan on negotiating that day, but due to inventory shortages it was in my best interest. When I came to actually sign the papers and get the car, Kyle and other Del Toyota Associates helped me through the process. Unfortunately, I do not know all of their names, but I can say all of them were wonderful. In all, all of Del Toyota’s associates were great and I hope both Martin and Kyle get credit for the sale as they both played a part in the process. More
