Excellent I had a problem that was no longer under Warranty. I reached out to Customer Service since my mileage was low. They fixed my tire problem. I had made a turn to leave my bank to sharply and ended with a shredded tire. When I made the appointment they were able to replace the tire, realign I had made a turn to leave my bank to sharply and ended with a shredded tire. When I made the appointment they were able to replace the tire, realign all the tires and were very respectful to the wife who made the trip necessary. It did take two trips since they had to order the replacement tire but all went well. I'm just sorry that I didn't get the names of all the people who helped so I could thank them in this review. More

Excellent Customer Service I would highly recommend this place. I ran over some metal on the High way and had to get towed to this dealership. They were very helpful and und I would highly recommend this place. I ran over some metal on the High way and had to get towed to this dealership. They were very helpful and understanding of my situation. I was towed there late in the day and they squeezed me in to check for any damage. They ended up waiving the diagnostic fee and only charged me for the labor to check for damage. They were fantastic! From beginning to end, All the Subaru employees (Roadside Assistance and Dealership) helped make a stressful situation much easier to handle. I will forever be a Subaru customer! More

Completely Satisfied Jim was very friendly and very helpful! He was not able to work with us when we arrived and referred us to Reid Stanley. He was very good in working out a finance option for me to be able to afford. Very courteous and answered all my questions. Went through all the gadget so I could understand how to operate the vehicle. I love my Subaru Forester! I would recommend Reid to anyone who wanted to purchase a Subaru. That service department ROCKS The service department is fast, clean and so helpful. They take almost no time in getting you signed in and getting to your car needs. All of the service writers and very nice and after only a few visits they actually do remember you. It's like seeing a friend. I trust them, and they never try to over-sell you. The mechanics are all top notch and know their Subaru's. If they find something they will tell you if it needs immediate attention, or it can wait. More

Subaru Test Drive We were met by a salesman, Jim Madsen. He listened to what we wanted to accomplish and proceeded to assist us in driving a new Assent SUV. Jim had a good understanding of his product but that of the other models ( different makes) that we also were considering. The test drive was great. The new model that Subaru made was better than we expected. We were not ready to purchase yet. Because of the HASSLE FREE, environment, we plan on returning to complete a purchase in June. Listens to the customer rather than telling the customer what he wants to sell you. Takes his time looking at various options. Second purchase he has handled for me. Should I need another car before the Grim Reaper comes to call I'll be sure to return to Jim and Kenosha Subaru. Also Derek W in Finance was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. You may have to wait a while in Finance so don't become impatient. It's simply a testament to their success. More
