Great service as usual! I love having my car serviced here! Jim took great care of me and quoted me for repair cost, got me into a loaner and I was on my way home in less than 20 minutes! After being run off the road a couple months back I found myself in need of a qualified BMW shop to handle the repairs. Jim at Yark BMW service center was phenomenal and helped get everything right...mechani myself in need of a qualified BMW shop to handle the repairs. Jim at Yark BMW service center was phenomenal and helped get everything right...mechanically. Then there was the the issue of their body shop in charge of cosmetic repairs. They were horrible. In fact beyond horrible. They had my vehicle for almost three weeks. Everytime I would talk to someone it was a different story. I would be told it is in the shop being painted and the next day they hadn't gotten to it yet. It went on like that for weeks. Keep in mind this was a minor repair. It was simply a repaint of the front fascia and front ground effect. By the time I picked it up I figured it would be back to it's original beauty, NOPE. It quite literally looked like they painted it with a can of spray paint. In the weeks they had it I was told they were going through a complicated prep process. This was a lie, one of many. The fact is where the paint had been damaged the didnt even sand it and fill it. There are many awful looking pits and chunks missing that they quite clearly did not prep and just painted over. If you value you vehicles appearance DO NOT use the Yark body shop. More

I visited the service department on Thursday, December 10 to have Jim McAuley take a look at a few scratches to my two week old X4 M40. Jim, without hesitation, could see I was in distress and assured me the to have Jim McAuley take a look at a few scratches to my two week old X4 M40. Jim, without hesitation, could see I was in distress and assured me the scratches could be dealt with and arranged an appointment for the next day! The next day my X4 was taken in and Dewayne (service tech... artist) did his magic and eliminated the scratches. The results were simply amazing! This is the kind of exceptional service I have experienced at Yark BMW since 1992 and over 25 BMW’s later. More
