Several mistakes, 1st oil change and snow wheels purchase. Oil change well done, great customer service. New purchase & labor was not BMW quality. Experiences starting from the automated notificatio purchase. Oil change well done, great customer service. New purchase & labor was not BMW quality. Experiences starting from the automated notification confirmation of $2k tires & wheels not actually arriving. Was told not to listen to the automated messages, to get a human. Complications locating purchase, our car sat passed over the weekend. At the end they also lost our tires and wheels when putting on the new. No receipt or contract in regards to there resolution of our lost tires. More

Yark provided good service. But I recommend to improve “vehicle check report”. At $268 it doesn’t seem necessary or add any value. It is just an overpriced error scan. I believe it is BMW fault asking to “vehicle check report”. At $268 it doesn’t seem necessary or add any value. It is just an overpriced error scan. For this value we should see a full report with pictures and details, or BMW should remove such useless thing from list of recommended “services“. More
