After a day of not hearing anything I called and was transferred to William (Bill) Kelly. He apologized profusely on the phone and helped me schedule a time where I could come in and discuss my options (although he had already given me a good rundown over the phone). I didn't think I would be able to lease a new car, I thought I'd be stuck with an older car. Bill helped me find a great deal on a new Kia and really listened to what I wanted and in no way pressured me or tried to high-ball me. Even after I left the dealership he checked in on me to make sure that everything is still going well. 10/10 would go back. More
