I will make sure I tell others of my poor experience and to stay away from this dealership at all costs!! We were treated with respect and honesty by adam Colon. Adam Colon was our sales associate at Belzer's. We live in Iowa and had test drove the two vehicles we were interested in. It was about two weeks after that, that we received our money to purchase them. Adam kept in contact via emails and phone calls to keep us updated as to wether the vehicles were still there. Adam was extremely friendly but still kept his proffesionalism. He did everything possible to get us the best deals on the two vehicles. We went on a Saturday to purchase them and the dealorship was extremely busy. Even so, Adam gave us exceptional service. Shayne Goodson helped me set up the onstar and explained so many of the features that I had never dealt with before. I know that I asked him several questions and he took all the time I needed for me to understand the features. More

After doing months of research, we knew exactly which vehicle we wanted, but were under a time crunch. When we got there, they had the car pulled up front and ready to go. Once we decided to move forward with the purchase...we worked quickly through the purchase process, while the service team cleaned, detailed, and gassed up the care...all under 2 hours!!! We were extremely satisfied with each team member at Belzer's! Even though it's over an hour drive...we will be repeat customers! More
