Purchasing my new Pilot was the best experience I’ve ever had in purchasing a vehicle (and I’ve bought 11 in my lifetime thus far)! Our salesperson went out of his way to show me the options available in the model I was interested in and I felt the negotiation process was direct and succinct, which I appreciated. My purchase process went into after hours and never once was I pressured to hurry up and felt all pertinent information was communicated, even the time to connect my phone to the car. I am so pleased with my experience and will highly recommend this Lou Sobh dealership, as well as return there for service (Stephanie Love is outstanding) and any other future car needs.
