James is a very nice person. I was not prepared to buy a car but he is such a great salesman that I decided to buy the car after talking to him. The entire team was good. Mr Jim the sales Manager, Ethan in the Finance Department all were extremely nice and fantastic. Firstly I did not come prepared to buy a new car and lastly I never dreamt that I will drive Home with a new car and surprise my wife. The entire team helped me in taking the new car home and trade my old Honda Civic to a new Honda Accord. They made the whole process of trading an old car and buying a new car so seamless and efficient that it was going to a shopping mall and buying a new dress. The entire process was completed in two hours and my wife was shocked and surprised to see a new car! Hats off to the Honda team at Lou Sobh. Will definitely recommend to my contacts. You guys rock!!! More
