Purchasing my new Pilot was the best experience I’ve ever had in purchasing a vehicle (and I’ve bought 11 in my lifetime thus far)! Our salesperson went out of his way to show me the options available in th had in purchasing a vehicle (and I’ve bought 11 in my lifetime thus far)! Our salesperson went out of his way to show me the options available in the model I was interested in and I felt the negotiation process was direct and succinct, which I appreciated. My purchase process went into after hours and never once was I pressured to hurry up and felt all pertinent information was communicated, even the time to connect my phone to the car. I am so pleased with my experience and will highly recommend this Lou Sobh dealership, as well as return there for service (Stephanie Love is outstanding) and any other future car needs. Thank you for being a fair and no nonsense dealership! As a female customer I felt listened to and valued, which most of the time is not the case! Our salesperson was absolutely amazing! More
